Cellfie plugin question

rrovetto
All, a colleague asks...

Is Cellfie just for specifying an ontology from a CSV file or can it instantiate many individuals by populating attribute fields within an existing ontology?

Is there a video tutorial for using Cellfie to import excel files, and create instances of classes and properties using the data in the excel file?

Thanks.

Re: Cellfie plugin question

Josef Hardi
Hi Robert,
You can use Cellfie to import both ontology term axioms and individual assertions. It does not work with a CSV file so you need to convert it first to an Excel file.
There is a written tutorial that you can follow at https://github.com/protegeproject/cellfie-plugin/wiki/Grocery-Tutorial. Look at Step 6 and forward about creating
class and property assertions.

Best,
Josef
