OntoViz

G. Jabbour
Hello,
I am trying to trouble shoot why OntoViz is not working for me?  Here is
what I have:  When I start protege and a project I configure the project to
add OntoViz tab.  I have adapted my protege.properties file to point to the
dot.exe (NOTE that I have three protege.properties files...is this norma?  I
adapted all three of them by adding the path as such:

#Protege Properties
#Thu Nov 09 12:33:49 PST 2000
dot.fontsize=-2
mainframe.rectangle=81\ 95\ 918\ 616
dot.font=Arial
dot.command=C\:\\Program\ Files\\ATT\\Graphviz\\bin

Does the location matter?  Does GraphViz have to me in the same location as
Protege?

So now when I try to create a graph by clicking the Create Graph button I
get this in the protege.exe command window:

It looks like you are missing the dot executable on the end of your
path.  It should read:

dot.command=C\:\\Program\ Files\\ATT\\Graphviz\\bin\\dot

No, you can install Graphviz wherever you want.

This exception is thrown when the Ontoviz tab can't find your Graphviz
installation.  Please modify your path as I suggested above.
