Problem with OWLViz tab

Mark Feblowitz
Running Protege 3.4 build 108 - I can open the OWLViz tab and it
works fine. When I save the ontology and reload it (even when
starting a fresh copy of Protege), the green-bordered red tab icon
shows up, and the error below shows up in the console. I can edit the
preferences, remove the tab and re-add it, and then use it for the
remainder of the editing session.

Mark,

Thank you for the bug report. I was not able to reproduce this bug. What
OS and what Java version are you using?

Re: Problem with OWLViz tab

Mark Feblowitz
Hmmm -

Interesting thing is that I made a mistake - I've been using OntoViz. I thought this was where the problem was. But I wrote OWLViz, and the exception seems to be with OWLViz.

I'll have to watch to see where this crops up.

I'm running Protege 3.4 build 108. OS is Windows XP, SP2. I always use the JVM that comes with the complete Protege download. My system Java is 1.5.0:
IBM J9 VM (build 2.3, J2RE 1.5.0 IBM J9 2.3 Windows XP x86-32 j9vmwi3223-2007042
6 (JIT enabled)
J9VM - 20070420_12448_lHdSMR
JIT  - 20070419_1806_r8
GC   - 200704_19)
JCL  - 20070725
If I see this crop up again, I'll take a closer look and the configuration in the pprj file.
