Danilo,

Someone did write a Prolog tab for Protege and posted it on our Wiki:

http://protege.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?ProtegePluginsLibraryByType#nid3UN

It was written for an older version of Protege and thus may need to be
recompiled to work with the latest version.  If you have questions about
the plug-in, please contact the author directly.

A small addition to what Jennifer wrote: the Prolog tab is compiled for
Protege 3.0, and it should work with all Protege versions later than 3.0.
