Setting Debug Log Level

kcason

Is there a way to set the log level when running Protégé? I haven’t been able to find a suitable config file to set the Log4j logging level and I want to see what happens when loading the plugins.

My situation is that even though I have put the SNAP SPARQL plugin into the plugin directory it does not load at startup. It used to, but something unknown has changed. Other custom plugins load fine. L

Thanks,

Hi Kenny,

Look at the conf/logback.xml file

You should also check the Protege log file (in your home directory in the .Protege directory)

Cheers,

Matthew
