Snap SPARQL window is blank in Protege5.2

Hello ,

I an using  Protege5.2 desktop  version on my system. Installed Snap SPARQL plugin.
But when I add Snap SPARQL  tab, it shows blank.

Below is  screen shot for the same.




Installed version of SNAP SPARQL and other plugin are





If I click on "check for plugin".. I cannot see any updates available related to SPARQL plugin ?



What can be reason for getting Snap SPARQL tab as blank?

Hi Dipali,

Once I had a similar issue, it helped me to stop Protege, delete the folder C:\Users\<my user name>\.Protege  and start it again.

Hi Dmitry,

The Snap SPARQL plugin provides a 'view'-type UI element (rather than a tab), which can be triggered from the 'Views > Query Views' menu item. Add that view to a new tab or the one you show in the screenshot.

I have added Snap SPARQL from views>QueryViews only.

@Dmitry , I  am facing the same issue after deleting  the C:\Users\<my user name>\.Protege  folder and start protege again.

Hi Dipali,

Do you get any error messages/exceptions on the console?
Can you share the Protege logs with us (e.g. copy/paste what is shown when you open Window -> Show Log...) after you drop the Snap SPARQL view on a tab?

Hello Csongor,

After deleting the  C:\Users\<my user name>\.Protege  folder from my system , I restarted my system first and then started Protege. After this Snap SPARQL started working.
