Hi All,

I retrieved the file context-core-protege.owl,
in which there are the following statements.
However I can't understand how to use
go:database_symbol, go:reference, go:evidence,
go:gene_product and (#PCDATA) in the dtd,
although reading some articles. I hope to use similarity
method, list, to build database, in XML format,
as well as connecting to SQL.

Who could give me some advice? Thank very much in advance.

  <owl:ObjectProperty rdf:ID="dbxref">
    <rdfs:comment rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string"
    >  dbxref has two components   go:database_symbol, go:reference
    </rdfs:comment>
    <rdfs:label>dbxref</rdfs:label>
    <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="#term"/>
  </owl:ObjectProperty>

  <owl:ObjectProperty rdf:ID="association">
    <rdfs:comment rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string"
    >  association has two components   go:evidence go:gene_product
    </rdfs:comment>
    <rdfs:domain rdf:resource="#term"/>
    <rdfs:label>association</rdfs:label>
  </owl:ObjectProperty>

  <owl:DatatypeProperty rdf:ID="accession">

    <rdfs:label>accession</rdfs:label>
    <rdfs:comment rdf:datatype="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string"
    > accession is (#PCDATA) in the dtd

  </owl:DatatypeProperty>

  Sincerely,

  Yours
