issue with OWLPropViz

Vatsala

Hi,

I  have been trying to run OWLPropViz on different versions of Protégé (4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 5.0, 5.2), but it does not work on any of these. Although the recommended version of Protégé is 4.0 for running OwlPropViz, it still does not work.

I would like to use this tool to be able to visualise the properties associated with the classes as this is much more informative than rather displaying only the classes linked to each other in a is-a relationship – which is what other visualisation tools are providing at the moment.

Could you please help sort out this issue with running OwlPropViz?

Thanks,

Vatsala

Hi Vatsala,

Not sure what plugin that is, could you please provide a link? Is it this one: https://github.com/stephenptem/proviz? If so, it seems to work for Protege v4.3.

Cheers,
Rafael

Just found the plugin in question. It’s supposed to work on v4.0 indeed. What errors are you getting? Could you post the appropriate log messages?
