Hi Michel,

The “Error” classes are produced by the OWL API and come from problems with parsing.  Usually this is causes by the input file not being well formed.  If you can post your OWL file to the list (or send it to me) I’ll take a look at it.

Cheers,

Matthew

Hi Michel,

I uploaded the version of your ontology to webprotege.stanford.edu and the Error classes aren’t there.  This might be because we updated the version of the OWL API that we use (to 3.5.0) and these Error classes are generated by the OWL API.

We will release this version in the very near future.

Cheers,

Matthew
