[protege-owl] Missing JenaOWLKnowledgeBase

skarim

I was trying to test-run the example given at [1] but its not working, throwing NoClassDefFoundError:

Exception in thread ... java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

edu/stanford/smi/protegex/owl/jena/JenaOWLKnowledgeBase

I looked into the "protege-owl.jar" in the Protege-OWL plug-in folder (ver 3.2 beta) but JenaOWLKnowledgeBase is missing. The official JavaDoc [2] also doesn't have any documentation for the said Java class.

Is there any alternative for that? Otherwise what is a better way of converting Protege KnowledgeBase to Jena OntModel?

Regards,

Shuaib Karim
