[protege-owl] Open ontology

I have this file, how could I open it with protégé 3.1??

You can use the following steps to open your file in Protege-OWL (v. 3.1.1):

1).  Remove the "[1]" from the name of the OWL file (resulting file name is: "ontology-ontology.owl").
2).  Launch Protege, and click the "Create New Project..." button on the Welcome dialog.
3).  In the resulting Create New Project dialog box, check the "Create from Existing Sources" checkbox, select "OWL Files (.owl or .rdf)" from the list, and click Next.
4).  Specify the location of your OWL file in the "OWL file name or URL" text box and click Finish.
